Q: Are there any limits to the Spa Visits or Platinum Pricing per month?
A: Platinum Club Members are allowed one massage of their choice per month at Platinum Club Pricing. If you choose to have more than one massage per month, additional massages may be purchased at 10% off regular price. There is NO LIMIT to any other spa services or spa visits at Platinum Club pricing.

Q: What if I don’t get a massage one month?
A: We have a 30 day rollover policy each month. If you don’t get a massage one month, you can get two the next month at Platinum Club pricing.

Q: Can I come to the spa just to use the amenities without booking services?
A: Yes, you are allowed one free “Spa Ritual” pass per month. If you should want additional “Spa Ritual” passes, they are available for $25 ($35 reg price).

Q: What if I want to bring a guest?
A: Platinum Club Members can purchase one “bring-a-friend” pass per month.The cost is $25 and gives your guest full access to the spa amenities and they will receive Platinum Club pricing on any services they receive on the day of their visit.

Q: I am already a member of the Spa Club@DuBunné, why should I join the Platinum Club?
A: The Spa Club@DuBunné is a lifetime membership in which you earn points redeemable in reward certificates that you can apply towards regularly priced services & products. The DuBunné Platinum Club Membership is designed to give you access to all our spa services at a much more substantially discounted rate for an annual commitment of only $19 per month. Even if you only come and take the “Spa Ritual” once per month you have more than paid for your monthly membership. While both programs save money, the DuBunné Platinum Club Membership has the greatest cost savings for our favorite “spa-goers”.
