When making your appointment with us, please be aware of these policies:

• A credit card number is required to book appointments.
• If you need to cancel, call 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation charge.
• If you have a gift certificate and you do not follow the cancellation policy, you risk forfeiting the gift certificate.
• If you want to use the complimentary Ofuro Tub, book it when making your spa appointment.
• Arrive on time for your appointment. If your appointment requires changing, arrive 20 minutes early.
• If you are late for your appointment you risk having your appointment time reduced. If your time is reduced, you still owe for the entire appointment as booked.
• If you booked an appointment for a friend, and he/she is a no show, you are responsible for covering the cost of the appointment.
• We do accept Spa Finder Gift Certificates on regular priced services, products, & packages.  When making an appt with a Spa Finder Gift Certificate, you will be asked to hold your appointment with a credit card.
