  Payment in Full:  I agree to the sum of $228.00 deducted immediately
        from my primary credit card or, if that is not available, from my secondary
        credit card.

  Monthly Payments:  I agree to the sum of $38.00 deducted immediately
       (first and last months membership required in advance), followed by $19.00
        deducted monthly for the following 10 months, from my primary credit card or,
        if that is not available, from my secondary credit card.

The first payment will begin upon activation of your membership. Thereafter, membership fees will automatically be deducted on a month to month basis. Membership is non-cancelable for the first twelve months and thereafter only by receipt by DuBunné of a 30 day written notice.
