Reservations:
For two or more persons or two or more hours of services, a credit card or gift certificate number is required to make your reservation. If you will be taking "The Spa Ritual", please let our front desk know when making your appointment so we may reserved the area for you. The Japanese ofuro tubs are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellations:
To cancel, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to call 24 hours prior to your appointment, a cancellation charge of 50% will be made to your credit card or gift certificate. If you fail to call and are a no-show, there will be 100% charge to your credit card or gift certificate.

Check-In:
Arrive in time to prepare! Allow at least 15 minutes to check in, slip ino a DuBunné robe, relax and sip a beverage while you clear your mind for the experience. We encourage you to relax before and after your treatment. If you plan to use any of the amenities or take the "Spa Ritual," please arrive at least 45 minutes early. We try to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee an extension of your service if you arrive late!

What To Wear:
Wear something comfortable. We recommend leaving anything valuable at home! We are not responsible for lost items left in robes, rooms, or lockers! If you plan to use the Japanese soaking tubs or outdoor sauna, you can bring a swimsuit if you desire, but it is not mandatory. We provide gowns, slippers, and robes. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet over any part of your body not being treated, so your privacy and comfort is always our ultimate goal.

Can We Talk?
It's okay to talk, but remember to be considerate of other guests by keeping your voice to a whisper when in treatment rooms and hall ways. PLEASE: No, talking in the Men's or Women's Serentiy Rooms. The Coed Lounge and the outdoor patio are both relaxing areas, where talking and visiting is permitted.

Communication:
Communicate your treatment preferences or areas of special needs to your therapist. If the pressure level of your massage is not what you had in mind, don't be afraid to let your therapist know. Some services do not require disrobing, e.g. waxing and nails, but if you would to like change into a robe and use the facilities, just let the front desk know and they will happily set up a locker for you. After all, it is all about you!

Gratuities:
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services. Gift certificates cannot be used for gratuities.

Please Be Courteous:
To preserve the Spa's tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you leave your pagers and cell phones turned off, including in the locker areas. Because we do not have babysitting facilities, children under 14 are not allowed in the Spa unless receiving a treatment.
